We start by actually listening. What do you need? What's the budget? What keeps you up at night about this project? That stuff matters more than fancy sketches at this stage.

Concept Development

Now we sketch, model, and explore options. You'll see different approaches - we're not precious about any one idea. The best solution usually reveals itself through this back-and-forth.

Design & Documentation

Once we've nailed the concept, we get technical. Detailed drawings, specifications, permits - the less glamorous but absolutely critical stuff that makes projects actually happen.
